On July 21, LCF 2023 Mid-Year Summary and Commendation Conference was grandly held in Jinxing Building, Shenzhen headquarters. This conference summarized the achievements and shortcomings of the past six months, looked forward to the work direction and goals in the second half of the year, and commended the teams and individuals who made outstanding contributions to the company in the first half of 2023. Long Pingfang, founder and president of  LCF, Mao Qiangjun, secretary of the board of directors, and all staff attended the conference.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mao Qiangjun, Secretary of the LCF Board of Directors, summarized the company's work in the first half of 2023 and released a strategic plan for the second half of the year. Mr. Mao pointed out that in the past six months, facing the superimposed impact of many factors such as rising raw material prices and insufficient supply, under the hard work of all LCF people, LCF's integrated LED display solutions have shined brilliantly in the world, not only in XR virtual shooting, cultural travel and business performances, 5G+8K innovative applications and other fields have achieved fruitful results, but also the popular movie "The Wandering Earth 2", Jay Chou Carnival World Tour Concert, Angela Chang's Fable Tour Concert, Mayday I Really Want to See You Concert, Zhang Hui Sister ASMIR concert, Huangtian Litchi Cultural Festival and other major projects. It also won heavy honors such as Guangdong Famous Brand and Best Employer Nomination Award, and its LED display market share is among the best.

In addition, Mr. Mao made a detailed deployment of the work in the second half of the year. Mr. Mao emphasized that in the face of new goals, we need to spur the horse and whip, stand at a strategic height, make overall layout, focus on the market, and seize opportunities. When it’s time to make a move, don’t hesitate, be courageous, confident and calm. In order to win the tough battle in the market, do your homework and work hard to seek development for the company and opportunities for individuals. I believe that in the second half of the year, under the leadership of the company's leaders, with the efforts of all LCF people, and with the support of all partners,  LCF will surely be able to cut through the waves, move steadily and achieve further success.

Later, Ms. Long Pingfang, President of LCF LCF delivered a speech. President Long expressed warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to LCF family members and partners on site and online, and fully affirmed and highly praised the work achievements of various departments in the first half of the year. Mr. Long said that only when you have faith in your heart can you go far.
