2.2.2 AC/DC power distribution technology


Using the new AC/DC power distribution technology and centralized power transmission, the intermediate voltage of the whole system is higher than the low voltage (4.2 V) required by the unit board drive, the current density in the transmission wire is reduced, and the corresponding line loss is less , conducive to energy saving.


(1) Each LED module conductor comes with a very high-efficiency DC-DC converter, which generates relatively low thermal flux, which makes the temperature field (temperature field gradient) inside the display more evenly distributed, and the LED junction The temperature is lowered, which ensures that the LED displays the working environment temperature.

(3) The wiring of the whole system becomes simple and intuitive, the total length of the DC wiring harness is shortened, and the length of double-insulated AC cables is reduced, which can save a lot of wire costs for power distribution in the box.

2.3 Energy Efficiency Improvement Technology


This system adopts a new architecture that improves power supply efficiency and power supply current sharing, reduces the failure rate of key components, and improves the stability of the LED display system.


The intermediate voltage conversion mode of AC/DC and DC/DC is adopted to maximize the utilization of power resources.
