       1. Please don't just look at the price when purchasing LED display

Price may be an important factor affecting the sales of LED display screens. Although everyone understands the principle of getting what you pay for, but you will unconsciously move closer to low prices when choosing LED display manufacturers. The huge price difference causes customers to ignore the quality. However, in the actual use process, it may be remembered that the price difference is actually a quality gap.

Second, the "same model" of the LED display is not necessarily the "same product"

In the process of selling LED display screens, I often encounter customers who say, why is your price so much higher than others for the same type of display screen? I was stunned in fact, because the quotations I gave to customers were all quoted according to the company's channel price. It was only by chance that I discovered that the so-called products of the same model are actually different. Let's take the P4LED display as an example. Generally speaking, the P4LED display we say refers to the pixel pitch of 4.0mm, but there is a display with a pitch of 4.81mm, which is p4.81 in the market. For customers who do not understand, Some salespeople use the trick, claiming that it is a P4 full-color LED display. In this way, the price gap will be more obvious, and many unfamiliar customers think that they have bought a good product at a low price.

Third, the technical specification parameter value is not the higher the better

Generally, when customers purchase LED displays, they will choose several manufacturers for evaluation, and then decide on LED display suppliers. The two important things in the comparison are price and technical parameters. In the case of similar prices, technical parameters become the winner. Many customers think that the higher the parameter value, the better the quality of the display. Is that actually the case? Let's take a simple example, the same indoor P4 full-color display, in terms of the brightness value of the display. Some manufacturers will write 2000cd/square meter, and some manufacturers will write 1200cd/square meter. Is 2000 better than 1200? The answer is not necessarily, because the indoor LED screen brightness requirements are not high, generally between 800-1500. If the brightness is too high, it will be dazzling and affect the viewing. In terms of service life, it is easy to overdraw the life of the display screen in advance if the brightness is too high. Therefore, the rational use of brightness is the correct solution, not the higher the brightness, the better. For the same model, some other parameters should also be considered, such as LED lamp brand/package, scanning method, refresh rate, power consumption, grayscale, etc., and the price will be different for different parameters.

Fourth, LED display production and testing is not as short as possible

Many customers who buy LED full-color screens can't wait to get the goods immediately after placing an order. We understand this mood, but the LED display is a customized product, and it needs at least 48 hours of inspection and testing after the production is completed. The LED display is added to the national standard for 24 hours to 72 hours of uninterrupted testing. If the delivery time is too short, there are generally two problems: one is that the failure rate in later use will definitely be relatively high without sufficient inspection and testing; but some manufacturers do not have enough stock in the same batch, which may be in order to accept the order. Use products from different batches. In this case, the display will have obvious color difference, which will greatly affect the display effect of the LED display.
