On February 4th, LCF grandly held an employee training conference with the theme of high-quality development at LCF’s Shenzhen headquarters, to thoroughly implement the latest business strategy, develop advanced technology, and promote competitiveness. Long Pingfang, founder and president of LCF, Mao Qiangjun, secretary to the board, Xing Yi, head of the operation center, and other company leaders and employee representatives attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr. Qian Haitao, head of LCF’s international market, gave his impressive sharing on digital marketing. Mr. Qian thoughtfully analyzed the current situation of the LED display industry. He also sorted out various challenges that LCF had encountered in the process of digital marketing, and how to make better plans, identify risks, promote innovation, and implement them for a company.

During the conference, Mr. Qian summed up the four major industry characteristics, and three different development paths, and explained with cases from four aspects: “one base, two rates, three components, and four keys”. He focused on the key parts of the enterprise digital market—data, content, plan, and finance, to bring us a clear image of what a successful digital market strategy is and who to lead to high-quality development.

Subsequently, Mr. Xing Yi, head of the LCF Operation Center, gave us a detailed introduction to Industry 4.0, the digital factory, innovative products, and the company's key competitiveness. All the trainees proactively involved in the 2 hours sharing, gained a deeper understanding of LCF’s brand strengths, production technology, operation mode, and full range of products.

Ms. Long Pingfang started with the concepts of "stability, advancement, and expedition", and talked about four aspects of "people, talent, things, and service", which enhanced employees’ comprehension of company culture and values. Then, she brought us into the past days of LCFs, and proudly showed us what the business philosophy is in terms of “Unity, Honesty, and Development”, and the core values we insisted on” Openness, Innovation, and Win-Win”. After that, Ms. Long introduced LCF's vision, mission, plans, etc., and warmly welcomed every employee to be a part of LCF.

Finally, Ms. Long pointed out that this year is the first year to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. The thoughts and actions of all managers and employees should be in line with the company's decision-making deployment and work requirements, effectively enhancing the sense of responsibility, mission, and urgency to accelerate development. Everyone needs to identify their roles in the company strategies and insist on hard work, constantly optimizing services, market expansion, product innovation, team building, and other aspects. The company needs to work together to contribute to a broader market and provide customers with diverse products, better services, impressive solutions, extraordinary brand image.
