Bidder Eligibility Requirements

1. This bidding requires that the general contractor bidders must meet one of the following three qualifications before participating in this bidding activity:

(2) Consortium qualification bidding:

The construction unit must have the first-level qualification for general contracting of communication engineering construction or the first-level qualification for electronic and intelligent professional contracting issued by the construction administrative department.

4.
