With the increase of operating time, the fluctuation scale of LED attenuation frequency is also larger and larger, and the calibration on a uniform basis makes some LEDs close to the calibration level, but makes other LEDs more and more contrary.


Because the brightness levels of each module are different, and there is no effective way to adjust these modules with mismatched brightness, a series of problems will occur when the uniformity is adjusted between different modules during operation. And the point is, this method cannot complete the calibration between pixels.
