1. For brightness comparison, place the acrylic board close to the same number of LED modules, and then slowly increase the distance by a small distance to see if the brightness of the lamp beads can meet your own requirements. Of course, it is more direct to put the module directly in the word. The higher the brightness, the higher the requirements for lamp beads, and Chen Ben is also relatively high. The pure indoor environment can use low brightness, but if it is a window LED transparent screen or an LED glass curtain wall screen, then a bright LED transparent screen is required.

 

2. While watching the brightness, pay attention to whether the light of the lamp bead is uniform. When observing the white light, you must pay attention to whether there is any chromatic aberration (this is very important) - if it is covered with a thin white paper, it may not be observed. , so use a certain thickness of acrylic. The presence or absence of chromatic aberration is the most important part to distinguish the quality from bad, and it is also one of the main reasons for the price difference of LED transparent screen.

 

3. Wire identification, high-quality wire, passed UL certification. The LED transparent screen manufacturers that have passed are not necessarily reliable, so the most direct method is to open the outer skin and count the number of cores inside! Modules with 15, 17, 19 cores or even 20, 30 cores should not be more than 14 cores. , 11-core modules are poor, and vice versa.

 

4. The temperature of the lamp beads, after lighting for a period of time, touch the LED lamp beads with your hand, the temperature is very high or even hot, and the stability is not as good as the low temperature.

 

5. The quality of solder joints, the fullness of solder joints proves that the welding process is good, and the high brightness proves that the solder is used well; the serious ones are virtual soldering, which is prone to poor contact and troublesome follow-up maintenance.

 

6. LED transparent screen paste light method: At present, there are two production methods for LED transparent screen, one is positive light emission, and the other is side light emission. Although the transmittance of side-emitting light is relatively high, the lamp bead packaging technology needs to be tested by the market, and the light-emitting lamp bead adopts the lamp bead of the traditional LED display screen. After market inspection, the quality is very stable.
