1. Anti-high temperature. Outdoor LED displays usually have a large area, which consumes a lot of power during the application process, and the corresponding heat dissipation is also large. In addition, the external temperature is high. If the heat dissipation problem cannot be solved in time, it is likely to be Causes problems such as heating and short circuit of the circuit board. In production, ensure that the display circuit board is in good condition, and try to choose a hollow design when designing the housing to help dissipate heat. 2. Anti-typhoon, outdoor LED display installation location is different, the installation method is also different, there are wall-mounted, inlaid, column, hanging, etc. So in the typhoon season, in order to prevent the screen of the outdoor LED display from falling, there are strict requirements on the load-bearing steel frame structure of the display. The engineering unit must design and install in strict accordance with the typhoon resistance standard, and at the same time have a certain degree of earthquake resistance to ensure that the outdoor LED display will not fall and cause casualties and other hazards.

 

3. Anti-torrential rain. There are many rainy weather in the south, so the LED display itself must have a high level of waterproof protection to avoid rain erosion. In the outdoor environment, the outdoor LED display must reach the IP65 protection level, the module must be encapsulated by glue, the waterproof box is selected, and the module and the box are connected with a waterproof rubber ring.

 

4. Lightning protection, the lightning protection of outdoor LED display mainly has four parts. First, direct lightning protection: If the outdoor LED display is not within the direct lightning protection range of nearby tall buildings, it is necessary to install lightning rods on the top or near the steel structure of the display; second, induced lightning protection: outdoor LED display power supply system Do 1-2 level power lightning protection, signal lightning protection device for signal line, at the same time, computer room power supply system is equipped with level 3 lightning protection, signal input/output equipment in the computer room is equipped with signal lightning protection device; third, all LED display The screen circuit (power and signal) should be shielded and buried in the ground; fourth, the front end of the outdoor LED display and the grounding system of the computer room should meet the system requirements. Generally, the front-end grounding resistance should be less than or equal to 4 ohms, and the grounding resistance of the computer room should be less than or equal to 1 ohm.
