The LED module and the closed box structure are processed to form an outdoor LED waterproof box, and the waterproof box is assembled into an outdoor LED full-color screen. Therefore, the LED box is the basic unit that composes the outdoor LED display screen.

Advantages of using LED box structure:

First, it is convenient for scheduling, aging, and on-site maintenance; second, it is convenient for packaging and transportation; third, it is convenient for on-site installation and disassembly.

The LED outdoor display screen is equipped with a display module in front of the waterproof box, and a display drive circuit board is fixed inside the box. The switching power supply is installed on the back cover of the box. An exhaust fan is also installed on the back cover of the LED box, and the shutters are punched. The box body is sprayed on the inner and outer surfaces, which has the functions of anti-corrosion, moisture-proof, anti-oxidation, flame retardant, etc., which provides a guarantee for the safety of the LED display.

As far as the structure of the outdoor LED display is concerned, the first module should be an outdoor fully waterproof LED module, the second module should be painted with three-proof paint on the back, and the third, the box should be a waterproof box with better airtightness.
