The root cause of the unevenness of the LED display is mainly the inconsistency of various performance parameters of the LED, the insufficient assembly accuracy of the LED display in the production and installation process, the insufficient consistency of the electrical parameters of other electronic components, and the inconsistent design of modules and PCBs. Specifications, etc. Among them, "the inconsistency of LED performance parameters" is the main cause.
