The most common problem description: For example, a P10 outdoor full-color LED display with a length of 4m and a width of 1.2m is directly delivered to the customer after the installation is successful, and the customer has not conducted a full-screen test. Suddenly, the content sent by the customer is a little bit more one day, and the text displayed on the entire LED display is also more comprehensive. However, it is found that the fonts of the 3rd line and the 4th line overlap (or the upper part of a character can be displayed normally, but the lower part cannot be displayed, the 3rd and 4th lines of the character are displayed). At this time you have to seek a solution, the following is the solution and ideas of the accident.

Solution:

1. First, check whether the power supply is loose or not. 

2. Check whether the cable is firmly inserted. 

3. Check the connection between the module and the adapter board. 

4. The output problem of the adapter board.

The idea is as follows:

If the problem cannot be solved through steps 1 and 2, go directly to step 3. Because the wiring sequence of the adapter board and the module row are in a one-to-one correspondence, it is found that the modules just start from the fourth row, and there is no one-to-one correspondence. The 4-row module is connected to the 5th pin of the adapter board, and the subsequent modules can be deduced by analogy to restore the connection relationship. Steps 1, 2, and 3 are all confirmed that there is no problem, but the font overlap phenomenon is still not solved, then go to step 4 to adjust the output of the board.

In addition, when the LED display screen is used for the first time, there will be overlap phenomenon, follow steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 to check; after using for a period of time, the screen overlap phenomenon, follow steps 1, 2 and 4 to check; still can’t solve the problem, contact LED display manufacturers or service providers.
