First, the LED display unit board is not bright: check the power supply and signal line is not connected; check the test card is not able to recognize the interface, the test card red light flashing is not recognized, check the light board is not the same power supply with the test card or the light board interface has a signal and ground short-circuit resulting in the inability to recognize the interface; check the 74HC245 there is no short circuit soldering, 245 corresponding to the enable (EN) signal input and output foot is not soldered or shorted to other lines.

Third, all bright when one or more lines are not bright: check whether the line between 138 and 4953 is broken or welded, short-circuit.

Fourth, in-line scanning, two or more lines (usually a multiple of 2, regular) together with the light: check A, B, C, D signal is not a short circuit; check 4953 output is not a short circuit with other outputs.

Fifth, the full brightness of a single point or multiple points (irregular) is not bright: find the module corresponding to the control foot measurement is not short-circuited with the Bank; replace the module or a single light.
