Fault 1: The whole screen of the LED display is black

Inspection method: First, check whether the power supply is powered on. Check whether the control host is turned on, whether the communication line is plugged in, whether the sending card is plugged in, whether the data line between the multimedia card, the capture card and the sending card is connected well; whether the switch position of the receiving card is correct. Processing method: After confirming that the power supply is powered on, turn on the host, plug in the communication cable, reinsert the sending card, and reconnect the data cable between the media card and the acquisition and sending card. Adjust the switch position. Remarks: When the LED is turned on, it prompts that the signal between the COM port of the control system and the data sending card cannot be found, indicating that the acquisition line is not connected or the COM port of the computer itself is broken. It is necessary to connect the data line or even replace the computer.

Fault 2: The entire unit board has a black screen

1. Check whether the signal line is normal, and check whether the corresponding pins of the upper and lower modules are connected.

3. Check whether the output pin of the signal line is connected to the module pin.

4. The screen is black in the horizontal direction of several consecutive boards, check whether the cable connection between the normal unit board and the abnormal unit board is connected; or whether the chip 245 is normal,

5. If the vertical direction of several consecutive boards is not bright, check whether the power supply of this column is normal.

Processing method: If the signal line is normal, reconnect the upper and lower modules correspondingly, the signal line output pin to the module pin, and re-plug the cable between the normal unit board and the abnormal unit board to ensure that the power supply is normal.
