1. IC devices: The brand of IC devices is very important. In the later stage, we will consider what model we use and how many ICs we use, and whether we use more or less will greatly affect the quality of the LED unit board. There are even a few LED display manufacturers who deliberately reduce the number of IC devices when producing unit boards, or use irregular brand IC devices in order to save costs, which is very unfeasible.


2. LED lamp beads and chips: We cannot judge whether the LED lamp beads are good or bad with our naked eyes, and can only be judged by multiple tests for a long time. For non-regular LED display manufacturers, the products will be powered on to check whether the display can work normally before leaving the factory, but they will not undergo a long-term aging test, because a long-term aging test will affect the manpower and material resources of the manufacturer. Under normal circumstances, before the product is shipped, the LED display is lit up and tested for at least 4 days (24 hours uninterrupted) to ensure that each product can be delivered to the customer in good condition.


3. Welding quality: Welding refers to checking whether the patch has components that are missing or misattached, whether there is a short circuit of component pin burrs, etc., check whether the solder joints of the straight plug-in are smooth and round, whether the board surface is clean and tidy, and there is no false soldering. . Also check the flatness of the light-emitting dot matrix and the consistency of the ink color.


4. LED unit board materials: In recent years, many LED unit board manufacturers have used cheap flame retardant paper board materials or single-sided fiberboards as PCB circuit boards for LED lights in order to compete for more customers at low prices. If you don't know how to use it, you may not feel any difference, because it will not make any difference when you first use it. However, after a few months of use, various problems such as moisture, ultraviolet damage, oxidation, and oxidative breakage are prone to occur, which will easily lead to the scrapping of the entire LED unit board. The regular display unit board uses a double-sided full glass fiber PCB board. Although the cost will be relatively high, it is more secure for users to use in the future.
