First, the quality of the lamp beads themselves. If the quality of the lamp beads is not up to standard, they are prone to damage or failure in the course of use.

Second, the driving current is too large. If the driving current exceeds the tolerance range of the lamp bead, it will cause the lamp bead to burn out, resulting in the phenomenon of dead lights.

Third, static electricity problems. In the process of production, installation and maintenance, if no effective static protection measures are taken, it is easy to make the lamp beads damaged by static electricity.

In order to avoid the occurrence of dead lamp phenomenon, first of all, we must choose reliable quality lamp bead products. In the installation and use of the process, to strictly control the drive current, to ensure that it is within the tolerance range of the lamp beads. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the static protection measures, such as the use of electrostatic bracelets, laying anti-static flooring and so on. If dead lamps are found, the lamp beads should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to prevent further expansion of the problem.
