1. PLC control power supply system: For display screens whose power consumption exceeds 10KW, a power distribution cabinet should be equipped. A power distribution cabinet with remote control function or PLC control function can be selected according to needs. The power distribution cabinet with PLC control function is more intelligent, and the LCD controller can be used to remotely operate the LED display and the switches of the in-screen air conditioner, fan and other equipment , Real-time monitoring of the ambient temperature, fire conditions, and ambient brightness outside the screen, and corresponding alarm information. It is recommended that in outdoor screen projects, due to the poor environment, try to use the power distribution cabinet with PLC control; in indoor screen projects, the environment is better and the space is limited, so PLC control is not necessary.

 

2. Remote communication: When the communication distance is within 1.2 kilometers, a pair of RS422/RS232 communication modules can be installed in the communication line; if the communication distance is several kilometers or even dozens of kilometers, optical fiber communication, PLC and computer should be used at this time The communication modules at both ends should also be replaced with optical fiber RS232 converters.

 

3. Power monitoring: In order to reduce the impact on the power grid when the high-power display screen is started, the power supply of the display screen is delayed in several steps, and the fault alarm status box on the PLC control interface has the power-on status alarm indication of each power supply. light.

 

4. Temperature monitoring: LCD controller monitoring interface can display real-time temperature in the display screen. In the automatic state, when the temperature inside the screen exceeds 65 degrees, the monitoring screen will prompt that the temperature is too high, and the LCD controller will sound an alarm at the same time, and the system will automatically power off to prevent a fire.

 

Fire monitoring: There are also several smoke detectors in the screen. When a fire occurs in the screen, there will be corresponding prompt messages on the LCD controller monitoring interface, and the system will automatically power off.
