LED display screen as indoor and outdoor display media, in the use process, due to pollution, loosening, vibration, heating, temperature change and other factors caused by LED display failure, thus affecting the normal use of the display. Therefore, regular display cleaning, maintenance, maintenance is essential. So what do we do for daily maintenance?  

 

　　

I. Inspection: General LED display inspection adopts the "monthly inspection system", while large-scale LED display maintenance adopts the "weekly inspection system". Specific maintenance content and response speed commitment:

 

1, LED display screen body maintenance, including lamp tube, module, module, power supply, control card;

 

2, LED display control system maintenance, including controller, optical fiber conversion card, distributor, sending card;

 

3. LED display dedicated player operating software, including maintenance and upgrade of player software;

 

4. Regular (once a month) on-site inspection by technicians to check and maintain the system;

 

5, major activities: the company's technical staff to guide to ensure the smooth development of on-site activities.

 

6, for outdoor LED display, due to wind, rain, thunder, electricity and other natural factors caused by the damage, is not within the warranty scope. Need owner to insure to insurance company, compensate by insurance company.

 

7, during the maintenance service, the general fault within 8 hours to solve the maintenance problems, major accidents do not exceed 24 hours. The maintenance of modules and other accessories should be replaced within 24 hours. After maintenance is completed, the first service shall ensure that the large screen does not appear module-level faults (such as module color deviation, module black, one line is not bright, etc.), and play normally.

　　Two, cleaning: for the display screen with low protection level, especially the outdoor screen, dust in the atmosphere enters the equipment by the ventilation hole, and the fan and other equipment will speed up wear and even damage. Dust also falls on the surface of the internal control device of the display, reducing thermal conductivity and insulation performance. Dust absorbs moisture in the air in humid weather, resulting in a short circuit. Long-term can also lead to PCB board and electronic components mildew, resulting in the technical performance of equipment decline, failure. Therefore, the cleaning work of LED display looks simple, but it is actually a very important link in the maintenance work.

Three, fastening: LED display belongs to high power consumption equipment, after running for a considerable period of time, due to many times of start and stop and operation, the wiring terminal of the power supply part will cause looseness due to cold and hot, weak contact, forming virtual connection, serious when heating, and even ignite the plastic components next to. Signal terminals may also loose due to changes in ambient temperature and humidity erosion, resulting in poor contact, resulting in equipment failure. Therefore, the connector of the LED display must be tightened regularly. When adjusting fasteners, the force should be uniform and appropriate to ensure firmness and effectiveness.

　　Four, the display surface cleaning: in the bright screen and black screen two states of LED display visual inspection, inspection. Including: whether the display surface is polluted, the purpose is to remove the influence of surface dirt on luminous characteristics; There is no damage crack on the display surface; Communication power distribution cable is normal; For the equipment with high level of protection, although the selection of high reliability components and connectors, but lead to its sealing becomes a key factor, therefore, to regularly check the seal condition; For outdoor screen steel structure to check the surface paint and corrosion; For outdoor screen surface pollution is particularly serious, but also to clean the display surface.

　　LED display cleaning is aerial work, need to be equipped with a professional cleaning team. The cleaning operation adopts high hanging rope (commonly known as spider man) or blue hanging, equipped with professional cleaning equipment, cleaning personnel choose different cleaners according to the different dirt on the screen for targeted cleaning, so as to ensure that the LED lamp tube and mask under the premise of complete cleaning work.

　　

Cleaning preparation needs to pay attention to two points:

 

1. Remove the power cable before cleaning.

 

2. The selection of cleaning liquid, cleaning liquid generally includes electrolyte, high purity distilled water, antistatic liquid, etc., to choose good quality, so as to effectively clean the dust and other dirty marks on the LED screen.

 

Cleaning and maintenance is divided into three steps:

 

* Step: Vacuum. First suck, sweep the display mask surface dirt and dust.

 

Step 2: Wet wash. Do not spray the lotion directly onto the screen. Instead, spray a small amount of lotion onto the cleaning cloth and wipe gently in the same direction. You can also scrub the lamp tube mask with a soft brush on the vacuum cleaner to clean the dirt.

 

Step 3: Dry. Use a vacuum cleaner to absorb water marks left after wet and dry washing to ensure that the display mask is clean and dust-free.
