        A, high temperature, outdoor LED display usually large area, in the application process of large power consumption, the corresponding heat is also large, coupled with high external temperature, if the heat dissipation problem can not be solved in time, it is likely to cause the circuit board heating short circuit and other problems. In production, to ensure that the display circuit board is in good condition, as far as possible in the shell design, choose hollow design, conducive to heat dissipation. In the installation, according to the device situation, adhere to the screen in the situation of ventilation is good, when necessary to increase the display heat dissipation equipment, such as internal air conditioning or fan to help the display heat dissipation.

        Two, typhoon, outdoor LED display installation position is different, installation method is not the same, there are wall type, Mosaic type, column type, hanging type. So in the typhoon season, in order to make the outdoor LED display screen body does not fall, there are strict requirements on the load-bearing steel frame structure of the display. The engineering unit must design and install in strict accordance with the standard of anti-typhoon grade, and at the same time, it must have a certain anti-seismic ability to ensure that the outdoor LED display will not fall causing casualties and other hazards.

        Three, prevent rain, rain weather in the south, so the LED display itself must have a high level of waterproof protection can not encounter rain erosion. In the outdoor environment, the outdoor LED display screen should reach the IP65 protection level. The module should be sealed with glue, and the waterproof box should be selected. The waterproof rubber ring is used to connect the module and the box. The lightning protection of outdoor LED display mainly has four parts.

        1, direct lightning protection: outdoor LED display is not in the direct lightning protection range of nearby tall buildings, need to set a lightning rod on the top of the display steel structure or near.

       2. Inductive lightning protection: outdoor LED display power system should be equipped with level 1-2 power protection, signal circuit should be equipped with signal lightning arrester, and power system of the equipment room should be equipped with level 3 lightning protection, signal out/into the equipment room should be equipped with signal lightning arrester.

       

3, all LED display lines (power supply and signal) should be shielded buried laying.

 

4. The grounding system of the front end of the outdoor LED display screen and the equipment room should meet the system requirements. Generally, the grounding resistance of the front end should be less than or equal to 4 ohm, and that of the equipment room should be less than or equal to 1 ohm.
