The overlapping of LED fonts is a troublesome thing, especially in places with a lot of people such as banks and large shopping malls, the experience is particularly bad, which affects the image; what is the problem of overlapping LED display fonts, and how to solve it?

Description of the most common problems: A P10 outdoor LED display with a length of 3.84m and a width of 1.44m is directly delivered to the customer after installation, and the customer has not conducted a full-screen test. One day, customers send more content, and the text displayed on the entire LED display is also more comprehensive. However, it was found that the fonts of the 3rd line and the 4th line overlap (or the upper part of a word can be displayed normally, but the lower part cannot be displayed, and the word is displayed across the 3rd line and the 4th line.)

Solution: 1. First, check whether the power supply is loose or falling off; 2. Check whether the cable is firmly inserted; 3. Check the corresponding relationship between the module and the adapter board; 4. The output of the adapter board is a problem.

The idea is as follows: If the problem cannot be solved through steps 1 and 2, go directly to step 3. Because the wiring sequence of the adapter board and the module row are in a one-to-one correspondence, it is found that the module just starts from the 4th row, not one by one. Correspondingly, the module in the 4th row is connected to the 5th pin of the adapter board, and the subsequent modules are analogous to restore the connection correspondence. Steps 1, 2, and 3 are all determined to be no problem, but the font overlap phenomenon is still not resolved. At this time, go to step 4 to adjust the output of the board.

In addition, there will be overlapping phenomenon in the process of using the LED display for the first time, check in steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 in turn; if the screen overlaps after a period of use, check in steps 1, 2, and 4 in turn; if the problem cannot be solved, contact manufacturer or service provider.
